Have some fun and come up with a creative (or classic) team name for the day! If you’re not sure yet, just put "NA" for now—we’ll follow up closer to the event to confirm.
Please list all four players on your team. If you’re not sure yet, just write "Player A, Player B," etc., and update us later!
Please enter the email addresses of ALL known players divided with ",". If you’re unsure, you can update us later!
If don't have any, type NA
If you don’t have your own clubs, select "No," and we’ll rent them for you at the facility. A separate invoice will be sent, or you can pay at the facility on the day of the event.
